The Transport Select Committee held two oral evidence sessions for its Cycling Safety Inquiry. Robert Goodwill MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department for Transport, gave evidence on 4th December. The inquiry follows the recent spate of cyclist deaths in London.
