Frances Senior, National Police Chiefs’ Council Capability Manager for Forensic Collision Investigation

Frances has 25 years Police Service, the majority of which has been within Crime Scene Investigation.  She has worked on some of the most high profile crime and RTC scenes within West Yorkshire and has extensive experience in forensic co-ordination and management.  Frances managed the West Yorkshire Forensic Collision Investigation Unit, which became a tri-force collaborated unit in early 2017, and she is currently the National Police Chiefs’ Council Capability Manager for Forensic Collision Investigation.  She holds a masters degree in Forensic Science, is a Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) Scene evidence recovery manager (SERM) and a trustee for the road safety charity Brake, a keen scuba diver, backpacker and experienced skydiver.
