On Thursday 23rd February, Parliament held a debate on the second report from the Transport Committee on Road Traffic Law Enforcement. PACTS was asked by Members of Parliament to produce a briefing on the debate.
The Bus Services Bill 2016-17 is currently making its way through the UK Parliament. Yesterday, the Government released new publications relating to the Bill: Publication: HL Bill 58(e) Amendments for Report Publication: HL Bill 58 Running List of all Amendments on Report PACTS provided written evidence to the Transport Select Committee on the Bus Services Bill 2016-17 that can now be viewed in its entirety here.
In 2015 PACTS submitted evidence to the House of Commons Transport Select Committee consultation on Road Traffic Law Enforcement. The Transport Select Committee released a report in March which can be found here. The Government has now released its response to the report, available to download here.
