On 2nd March 2021, David Davies, PACTS Executive Director, requested from the Department for Transport (under the Freedom of Information Act 2000), a copy of the report on road safety targets, commissioned by the DfT and written by WSP and Loughborough University. On 17th of March, PACTS received this letter from DfT in which they reject PACTS request.
David Davies said, “We cannot see why this report, commissioned by the DfT, has not been published already. We disappointed that our request has been rejected on the grounds that it will be published but with no indication of when.”
