Geoff is an engineer by training, with a background in imaging and machine vision. He has been actively involved in the implementation and understanding of camera based ANPR and enforcement solutions for the last 18 years, particularly around the use of SPECS average speed cameras. In addition, Geoff also holds the position of Chair of the Enforcement Forum for ITS UK, which brings together suppliers, practitioners, government and consultants, giving the opportunity to share best practice and advance understanding and collaboration within the industry.
