The Parliamentary Advisory Council for Transport Safety (PACTS) today publishes its independent analysis of progress towards the 2010 road casualty reduction targets. March 1 marks the tenth anniversary of the publication “Tomorrow’s Roads: Safer for Everyone” by the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions.
