On 14th October 2025, PACTS hosted its inaugural Parliamentary Lunch, bringing together senior industry leaders, policymakers, and transport safety experts for a focused discussion on the benefits of improved road safety for business.
Hosted by Andy MacNae MP, PACTS President, and joined by Ruth Cadbury MP, Chair of the Transport Select Committee, the lunch provided a unique opportunity for senior leaders to connect, exchange ideas, and explore how businesses can actively contribute to safe roads.

The event highlighted PACTS’ role in convening diverse stakeholders, facilitating high-level discussions, and supporting evidence-based improvements across the transport sector.
The lunch demonstrated the value of corporate membership, offering attendees direct access to Parliamentarians and industry leaders, and reinforcing how businesses and policymakers can collaborate to make UK roads safe for all.
