Richard Owen has been working in the road safety sector since 2003. He managed the Thames Valley Safer Roads Partnership until 2011 before forming Road Safety Analysis Limited following the development of MAST Online.
In 2017 he became CEO of Agilysis who now provide consultancy services in the UK and overseas on a wide range of areas including data analytics, online technologies, AI and machine learning, road safety research, evaluation, and much more.
Richard created the popular www.crashmap.co.uk website and as behind a new national map of speed limits. He is a member of the PACTS Road Environment Working Party, CIHT Safety, Health and Wellbeing Panel, and the International Transport Forum IRTAD group.
