On 7th October 2024, PACTS was pleased to participate in a Road Safety Roundtable event hosted by the Secretary of State for Transport, Louise Haigh MP. PACTS and a number of its members took part in this event, which demonstrated that the government is not only serious about road safety but wants to work together with the road safety community. This was a positive step in the right direction, and we are looking forward to working with the government and DfT officials over the coming months.
