Dr Suzy Charman is the Executive Director of the Road Safety Foundation (RSF) and has worked in road safety for over 15 years. Before joining the RSF she was international programme manager for iRAP and head of international road safety at TRL.
Suzy leads a thriving programme at RSF that includes supporting Highways England with Star Rating of the Strategic Road Network, supporting local authorities in taking a proactive approach to road safety engineering, publishing annual crash risk mapping, running the older drivers task force, and other research and institutional strengthening activities.
