PACTS are delighted to publish our vision statement “Achieving Our Vision”. Launched to coincide with PACTS 40th Anniversary Celebration on 14th July 2022, the document renews and reinstates PACTS priority aims.
PACTS vision has been refined to be: “A transport system free from death and life-changing injury, in which all users feel safe.” This clearly acknowledge the need to ensure all forms of travel and transport are free from death, serious and other forms of life-changing injuries, and support policies to reduce danger in all modes.
Within the document PACTS sets out its four strategic aims:
Proactively influencing change.
Growing a valued and well supported membership.
Securing strong parliamentary participation and engagement.
Identifying and researching the right subjects at the right time.
Each aim is described in some detail along with the substantive programme of activities that are currently established and underway, together with new initiatives that will be undertaken, comprehensively confirming PACTS capability to pursue its four strategic aims.
