PACTS has asked the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Public Health to strengthen the important developing links between public health and transport. PACTS asks Mrs Milton to focus on the important public health implications of the active travel agenda and to focus on the significant safety impact which a reduction in the BAC limit could have.
